What to expect ?
Rediscover your body and mind vitality through the playful and sensitive dialogue of the Ilan Lev Method (ILM)
You’re invited to attend these sessions if you’re experiencing physical or emotionalissues, if you’re pregnant, after birth, or simply wish to create space for yourself and your needs. We focus on illuminating your positive aspects and clearing away unwanted, inherited patterns—physical or emotional—that can be unknowingly oppressive and burdensome, but they are no longer necessary.
About the method
During the session, I move the client’s body from toe to head through the skeleton, allowing muscles, nerves, and tendons to reorganize. I restore movement to areas affected by injury, pain, or emotional blocks. Through touch and movement, I map each joint and ask the body questions, helping it discover solutions from within. This process fosters connection and balance, encouraging natural healing and renewed communication within the body.
