Im a senior ILM practitioner and teacher. I became a certified practitioner in 2010, studying from Ilan Lev himself. I studied also the Advanced Course and the Movement Classes teachers training. These days I continue to practice the method and teach internationally at the Advanced Course,side by side with Ilan Lev. I live in Leiden with my partner and our two children. In October 2025 I’ll lead the new Basic Course training in The Netherlands. During these years I got to know my body, basically from scratch and it is a process that continues on. The ILM became an inner dialogue language for me, a language in conversation with my body, my mind and in my relationships with others. I love to spread my love and passion to the method all around, accompany and supportpeople with their journey through life and the connection to their body and mind.
